HAIM is the sister act you always dreamed of being in (just me?), full of camaraderie, fun pop synths and raw, multi-instrumental talent. Danielle Haim, born Feb. 16, is the guitarist of the band (all three sing) and was the first of the three sisters to professionally pursue music. Discovered right after high school, the middle child of the three sisters became a touring guitarist for Jenny Lewis and Julian Casablancas of The Strokes. Determined to make music with her sisters, Danielle chose to go the very Aquarian, independent route and leave those jobs behind, forming HAIM for our musical pleasure forever. This video for "Summer Girl" has us wishing for warmer weather already!
