All this time I was finding myself and I....didn’t know I was lost...” —— In 2018 the writer of this song committed suicide.... a gifted musician, Avicii battled mental health challenges, #anxiety, #depression along with substance abuse, for many years before eventually losing his battle with #suicide —- From messages I get on a daily basis I’ve learned that most of us suffer in silence. And that silence eventually grows louder and louder until it’s deafening and the only thing we hear.....You can mask that silence with social media, work, substance abuse, etc etc but the only way to truly break that silence is to talk about it.
