Within minutes of seeing Olivia struggle with her sobriety, we're left with another big question: is Spencer's (Daniel Ezra) shoulder still hurt? Throughout the season, we see Spencer working towards healing his injury. Unfortunately, he often pushes himself too hard, against the warnings from his doctor. However, his doctor told him that his shoulder was completely healed and we believed it — until he dropped the glass pitcher during the season finale. Once the glass hits the ground, he clutches his arm, and a blurb of his doctor explaining possible side effects goes through his head.
