Just as Yellowstone centres on the messy, often contentious relationships among the Dutton family, Animal Kingdom features another complicated with some crime drama along the way. The show follows the Cody family, who run a drug operation out of a California beach town, and, like the Duttons, they fight among themselves but often stick together in the face of major outside threats.
