Three teenagers in Roswell, New Mexico, have a secret: they're actually human-alien hybrids whose origins are literally out of this world. When Max uses his superpowers to save his human crush, Liz, she gets brought in on their secret, along with a couple of their other friends. As they deal with the usual parts of high school like romance, classes, and family drama, the alien teens look for answers about where they came from, why they're on Earth, and what they're destined for.
