Later, on 18 Feb., 2023, Jimin crashed J-Hope's birthday Weverse Livestream. After wishing Hobi a happy birthday, the pair naturally started conversing about their projects, including Jimin's solo album. At one point, J-Hope pointed at Jimin while singing Justin Bieber's "Baby," which has some fans thinking Jimin may be working on a collab with the "Ghost" singer.

On 16 July, 2022, Khalid posted a video revealing a snippet of a new song he was working on and captioned the Instagram, "It's been a minute since I've posted a snippet! ARMYs immediately flooded the comments section with Jimin's name, considering Khalid is a big fan of his song "Serendipity" and has teased a BTS collab in the past that never came to fruition. Additionally, fans speculated the moon emoji could represent Jimin because he has a moon tattoo on the back of his neck.
