Marcus Mumford joined Swift as the 25 March show, the second night in Las Vegas. Mumford sang "Cowboy Like Me" with the pop star; Mumford also features on the official track, which appears on 2020's "Evermore." Mumford shared a video from the performance on his TikTok and wrote in the caption, "you're a bandit like me @taylorswift." In the live version, he sang a verse from the song, but on the album version, he only sings harmonies.
Before their performance, Swift shared with the crowd that she actually recorded multiple songs from "Evermore" at Mumford's home recording studio. Most traditional studios were still closed at the time due to COVID-19. Swift convinced Mumford to sing harmonies on the track after he came into the studio to watch her record.
