Morticia has to get a real job when the family is forced out of their home, and for whatever reason, someone thought it was a good idea to hire her as a schoolteacher. She takes some liberties while sharing the story of Hansel and Gretel with a class, saying: "And, so, the witch lured Hansel and Gretel into the candy house by promising them more sweets. She told them to look in the oven. She was about to push them in when, lo and behold, Hansel pushed the poor, defenceless witch into the oven instead where she was burned alive, writhing in agony. Now, boys and girls, what do you think that feels like?" No wonder those kids burst into tears."

What child thinks of dressing up as a homicidal maniac by not dressing up at all? Her mind!

Leave it to Wednesday to tell it like it is.

Who doesn't wish they had more time to seek out the dark forces and join their hellish crusade, amiright?

Granted, a clean room for an immortal soul isn't exactly a fair exchange, but you have to respect Wednesday's moxie.

This woman should've known better than to assume that Wednesday is thinking about anything other than homicide.

Let's be honest, this might be the best scene out of the entire Addams Family franchise. I'm still confused as to why they're doing a Thanksgiving-themed production at summer camp, but that's neither here nor there.

After Fester leaves the Addams house to live with his new wife, Debbie, the rest of the family suffers from his absence. One of the ghastly side effects of Fester's leave is baby Pubert becoming ill (read: ordinary). And much to Morticia's chagrin, the tot takes a liking to The Cat in the Hat. *shudders*

Thank goodness Fester reunites with the family shortly after this because Gomez is doing the most.
