When I scrolled by this street style photo Vogue photographer Phil Oh captured, boy did I stop and stare. "That outfit is so me," I thought. Well, so weekend me. Don't worry, I'm not about to stroll into the office on a Tuesday with my entire midriff exposed. But I love how 2000s pop star this combination feels.
