Dairy Milk, Heinz Ketchup, and Walkers Crisps Just Got a High-Fashion Makeover
Anya Hindmarch's latest "Anya Brands" collection has landed, and it's a sweet and sparkly homage to some of the UK's most beloved brands, including Cadbury and Walkers. The irreverent accessories designer has always looked to nostalgia and pop culture to inspire her designs, and pieces from her ongoing series of reworked brand logos and packaging have become collectors editions, with pieces now on display at the V&A museum in London. The latest additions look set to go the same way, putting a party-season spin on classic chocolate, crisps, ketchup, and matchboxes.
Each Walkers clutch bag takes 55 hours to produce, with sequins and beads hand sewn to emulate your favourite flavours. That kind of craftsmanship comes at a price, and the bags retail for a lot more than a packet of crisps, but as we said, these babies have a tendency to become part of fashion history. Keep reading to see the full collection, including a Heinz ketchup tote bag and a trio of matchbox-inspired clutch bags.
