Dua Lipa Wears '90s-Inspired Crop Top and Satin Skirt

Dua Lipa Brings Back Mixed Prints in a Bra Top and Low-Rise Skirt

Dua Lipa brought her signature retro style to Instagram at the weekend, posting a trio of photos in which she can be seen wearing a green-and-brown metallic skirt paired with a matching mesh crisscross bralette. The look was decidedly part wood nymph, part GI Jane, and part '90s nostalgia. Lipa loves a "bra as a top" moment and was an early champion of the trend long before it became as popular as it is today. While the 26-year-old singer often rocks a crop top or sporty bralette, she has also been known to wear a regular lace underwire bra with little more than a pair of slouchy bottoms. Given her clear affinity for bras as tops, her latest going-out ensemble comes as no surprise.

On Sunday, Lipa shared the three snapshots on her feed, posing on what appeared to be an interior wood windowsill or shelf. With images captured by her younger brother, Gjin Lipa, she rocked a Chopova Lowena bra top that crossed at her neck, as well as down her torso. The pattern was a checkerboard of earth tones with red flowers printed all over.

She paired the barely there top with a low-rise metallic green plaid silk mini, which featured the same flower print in a deep black shade. She finished her outfit with a studded Balenciaga crossbody bag and black trainers from her own Puma collaboration.

Lipa has spent the past week at Lollapalooza in Chicago, where she hit the stage in an embellished, black, sheer bustier catsuit designed by Mugler. The event was a pit stop on her "Future Nostalgia" tour, where she's been stepping on stage in a slew of '90s- and '00s-inspired outfits, like printed halter tops, neon minidresses, and more. Ahead, discover her many party-ready tour outfits and her latest stylish bra-and-skirt combo.
