Meghan Markle kept the bad vibes away during her recent royal tour with one small yet mighty accessory: an evil eye bracelet. While travelling across southern Africa with Prince Harry, the Duchess of Sussex wore a dizzying array of chic outfits and on two of the 10 days, she accessorised with a dainty Alemdara evil eye bracelet that's become the talk of the town.
The first day Meghan chose to sport the piece of jewellery on the tour was Oct. 1, not-so-coincidentally the same day Harry announced their decision to take legal action against a British tabloid company that has been repeatedly "bullying" Meghan for the past year. Though we can't 100 percent confirm whether there's a correlation, many royal family fans believe Meghan wore the accessory to subtly and oh-so-classily send a message to those bullies.
The duchess didn't just wear the bracelet once on her tour, either. After first debuting it with a beige Banana Republic dress, she wore it again with a green shirtdress and black pumps that same day, and a third time the following day in a button-up trench dress while delivering a speech about treating people with respect. What's more is that Megan also wore a necklace with a similar evil eye charm on the very first day of the tour.
