Meghan's final outfit for the Royal tour of Southern Africa was a very Rachel Zane beige sleeveless trench dress on Oct. 2. The Duchess visited the British High Commissioner's residence to celebrate the UK and South Africa's business and investment relationship, in preparation for the Africa Investment Summit that will be hosted in the UK in 2020.
