Rita Ora Closes Out Summer in an Underboob-Baring String Thongkini
Rita Ora is continuing her summer streak with a whole batch of stunning thongkinis. The "Praising You" singer has showcased her impressive array of swimwear on Instagram throughout August, most recently posting a throwback carousel on 29 August looking back over her summer. And there are yet more stunning bikini snaps. The first sees her sitting on a rock in a simple black bikini that shows off a fair amount of underboob, worn with her signature layers of jewellery. A week earlier, she blessed followers with snaps from her Ibiza getaway, and every single bikini was on point. Amongst her collection was a ruched metallic string thonkgkini with bodychains attached to highlight her underboob, a lilac halterneck bikini top worn with a meshed ruched midi skirt and bandana, a bright graphic print two-piece, and a quirky bikini with a horse and snake motif.
We also got a photo dump two days prior, where Ora could be seen posing on a yacht in Ibiza to celebrate her husband Taika Waititi's 48th birthday. And her chosen look for the occasion? A tiny metallic thongkini, of course.
The pewter string bikini was made up of a triangle top, tied at the back, and simple matching thong bottoms. Ora added some of her signature jewellery to make the look even more individual, teaming the two-piece with a couple of belly chains, statement hoop earrings, a beaded necklace, and stacked anklets, rings, and bangles. Scooping her hair into a high bun and adding black sunglasses, her look perfectly showed off those abs that she's been working hard for.
Her summer swimwear obsession comes after she rocked a lime green cutout swimsuit for performing at the Ibiza Rocks music festival with DJ Joel Corry. The crystal-studded neon swimsuit from Self-Portrait was teamed with a matching skirt and stacks of bangles as she took to the stage in front of fans. While on the White Isle, she has also shared a selection of other bikinis that deserve a mention. On 12 Aug., the singer treated her fans to an Instagram carousel featuring her eclectic collection of looks, including a lace-trimmed bikini that showed off her abs, and a barely there white halterneck top.
Ora continuously pushes the fashion boundaries, having adopted the trouser-less trend, worn a cone-bra on stage at the Eurovision Song Contest, and not forgetting those wild chain nails at the Met Gala. She coordinated her outfit with Waititi as they took couple dressing to the famous Met Gala stairs. With Ora's holiday continuing and weeks of summer left, we have no doubt we'll be getting some more lust-worthy looks to whet our fashion appetite.
