Sugar-filled snacks, such as chocolate-chip cookies, layered cakes, and ice cream, may have a permanent spot in many people's diets, but wouldn't it be amazing to enjoy something that's not only delicious and sweet, but also healthier for you?
Thankfully, TikTok user @leanne_ward_nutrition shared a supereasy, supersmart snack hack that you can easily make at home, no matter what time of day it is. All you need to recreate her dessert is a pint of raspberries and some dark chocolate chips. Wash and dry the raspberries, and then place one chocolate chip inside each berry. It's incredibly easy — that's all there is to it!
Leanne Ward explains in her post that if you ate the whole bag of chocolate chips, it would come in at over 1,000 calories, whereas you can enjoy the full pint of raspberries topped with chocolate chips and only have consumed a bit more than 100 calories. Dark chocolate chips and fresh raspberries are truly a match made in snack heaven.
