On Sept. 15, the 36-year-old actress, nominated for playing Cora in The Sinner, shared a clip of her pre-awards show workout routine and wow, it's clear her muscle power is no joke. Jessica tackled some raised, weighted pistol squats, and we're sore just watching her. Pistol squats are a great way to tone your legs and glutes, but it can take time to build up the strength necessary to complete them. That's why we wholeheartedly agree when Jessica's trainer Ben Bruno calls her variation "seriously, seriously impressive."
