Push-ups are brutal, but apparently not hard enough for Jillian Michaels, a woman so savage her nickname literally is her full name plus expletives (just look at her Instagram bio if you don't believe us).
The celeb trainer and Biggest Loser veteran took to Instagram today with her unbelievable push-up challenge, which is part of her new app, My Fitness by Jillian Michaels.
