I was so excited that she was coming out with a third cookbook, Oh She Glows For Dinner ($32), that I had to pre-order it! I love that it includes four weekly meal prep plans, and tons of dinner recipes like Instant Pot Potato and Cauliflower Red Thai Curry and Kitchen Sink Sheet Pan Buddha Bowl. Liddon also included hearty recipes like Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Salad and Cosy Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, and Red Lentil Stew. Of course, she didn't leave out the desserts — I can't wait to make the Six-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Crumble Squares.
