How to Stream Netflix on Your Peloton

LAS VEGAS, NV - JANUARY 11: Maggie Lu is reflected in a touch screen as she demonstrates how to select a class on a Peloton Tread treadmill during CES 2018 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre on January 11, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The USD 3,995 workout machine is expected to be available later this year and features a 32-inch touch screen that connects users to instructors giving live or on-demand fitness classes. CES, the world's largest annual consumer technology trade show, runs through January 12 and features about 3,900 exhibitors showing off their latest products and services to more than 170,000 attendees. If I had to pick between working out for 30 minutes or chilling on my couch watching Netflix, I'd pick the latter. As much fun as Spinning is, exercising isn't necessarily what I look forward to doing every single day. Sometimes I don't feel like being coached or listening to a hour of spirited exclamations. I want to get in, do my workout in peace, and dip. I'd rather binge a few episodes of The Office, laughing at their devious pranks as my ride motivator. What if you could combine them? Luckily, streaming Netflix on your Peloton bike isn't has hard as you might think.

In a tutorial, TikTok user Kelly Rose Sarno breaks down everything you need to know to stream Netflix on your Peloton bike. And it takes all of about 5 minutes. Walk through the steps below to watch your favourite Netflix series on your Peloton.

  1. On your touchscreen, click the bottom right corner to bring up the touchscreen menu. Select "About."
  2. An "About" pop-up box will appear. Tap the bottom righthand corner of that box really fast. Another box will appear. Select a green robot icon labeled "WebView Browser Tester."
  3. Type in, sign in, and begin watching!

It's important to note that while this hack may be a complete game changer to your workout, this loophole isn't endorsed by the company, and in some cases, can result in a glitchy screen. If you think your Peloton has been negatively affected, try factory resetting your touchscreen.
