Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez Enjoy a Beer, But First Biceps Curls, and Burpees

It's just a typical Sunday for Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, doing a little workout in their backyard on July 4th weekend. Take a peek at all the fun their family had, playing football, doing some strength training moves, and cooling off with a refreshing sip of Presidente beer.

We love seeing J Lo staying strong doing dumbbell exercises like biceps curls, shoulder presses, and reverse flies to work her upper body — just look at her chiseled back! Her facial expression is all business as she gets toned in the sun. And ARod got in on the workout action with thrusters, mountain climbers, push-ups, diamond sit-ups, a little jogging, and everyone's favourite — burpees!

J Lo looks on sweetly as ARod does a little happy, end-of-workout dance before he grabs a cold beer. After a fun and productive Sunday, he said in his caption, "Now it's a new week, back to work! Let's go!!! #staysafe."
