Ginger is a superfood that has an endless list of health benefits, which include anti-inflammation, antinausea, and immune-boosting. The gingerol in ginger is also a bioactive that has antioxidant and flu-fighting properties.
To make this brew, simply chop or grate an inch of ginger root into a mug, add boiling water, and finish by squeezing in the juice of half a lemon.
