How did I achieve these results? . . - I follow a ketogenic diet (carbs under 20g, high protein, and fat to satiate...everyone ketos different, this is what works for me) . . - I do not track macros or calories. I listen to my body. If you want to calculate yours, there are lots of them online and it's based on your height, weight, etc . . - I intermittent fast. I did not start this right always. I stopped feeling hungry in the morning after about 2 months. I generally follow a 16/8 but I listen to my body and eat when I'm hungry. This means so days are shorter and some are longer. And some I don't fast and some days I don't eat at all . . - I incorporated excercise in October 2017; 9 months in. I switch up what I do for time to time but at the moment I am alternating a spin class with a power class at the gym and doing a 30 day leg home workout from @wolfefit.co. I also need to finish the couch 2 5k I started in January..1 week left! . . -I do my best to keep my foods as clean as possible. Substituting a keto version of a high carb food bring a me to eat more and lose control...especially if it's sweet. . - I am 5'9". Please don't compare yourself. I get comments everyday about how you hope this is your year or you wish you could have these results. YOU CAN, put in the work, stop making excuses. Find the right "diet" and research it (I like Reddit for keto) and make it a lifestyle. Change your mindset and and change your life. You didn't get to the weight you are overnight and it's going to take some time to get it off. Stick to whatever is best for you and you can do it; I know you can!
