I feel a night and day difference (beyond literally taking the photos during the day and night!) I’m down 16 lbs but I really don’t care about that number. I’m just happy to be at my “feel good weight.” I now have more energy and despite having a baby who doesn’t sleep through the night I feel rested most days. I used to count calories, yo-yo diet, and try to out exercise my love for food. But now, I am so thankful that I have a positive relationship with food, and I will teach my kids to have the same! I believe that what counts is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. I love to fuel my body with convenient superfood nutrition, while also eating the foods I love in moderation.
