This one might be one of the most difficult groups to eliminate since there is added sugar in many food products, but here's what to avoid:

  • Agave
  • Brown sugar
  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • Splenda
  • Stevia
  • Sugar
  • Xylitol
  • Any products with added sugar
