Nothing makes me feel better than a sweaty, hot yoga class. Although sweating doesn't actually flush toxins out from your body, I can't help but feel cleansed from the inside out after dripping buckets for nearly an hour. Most traditional yoga classes are honestly too slow-paced for my taste, which is why I love Ritual Yoga's unique candle-lit flow to the beat of music.
