You Had Us at Tacos

"Three years ago I would have been obsessively thinking about tacos because I didn't allow myself to eat them," Colleen explains in the caption. "And when you tell yourself you can't have something you want it even! This frustrated me and took up so much mental space . . . I thought 'I literally don't have time for this!' The obsessive food thoughts have to end. So, I wrote out all of my food rules that were causing me to obsess and worked through them one by one, until they were all gone. When my food rules were gone so were the obsessive thoughts!"
