I bought myself the Lunya Washable Silk Eye Mask ($48) last year and let me tell you, my sleep has improved tremendously because it blocks out all light and sound. I don't have to worry about my hair breaking since the mask is made from silk and it doesn't leave any marks from the band on the face. I know $48 is a lot for an eye mask, but it's worth the investment.
