I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really enjoy meditating. It took me a while to get to this point, but the Muse 2: The Brain Sensing Headband ($250) helped me a lot. Essentially, it tracks your brainwaves as you meditate and provides instant feedback when your brain is overactive. I recommend this gift for the person in your life who needs to take more "me time" and chill out.
