I'm going to end this roundup with two home workouts I like to do myself. My tried and true app the past year and a half has been Peloton (the strength and HIIT videos are just what I need to elevate my mood and provide me with a challenge every time I press play). But, when I want to change it up, this full-body Tabata workout from Canfitpro-certified trainer Heather Robertson flies by and leaves me panting. Plus, the fact that I can do the moves anywhere — since the session is equipment-free — is great, and the T push-ups are my favourite.
