Ab workouts don't have to be long for them to be effective. Khetanya Henderson, a Spier Pilates-certified instructor with certifications in both classical mat and classical reformer Pilates, as well as a Glo instructor, created this 10-minute Pilates bodyweight ab workout, and it is great.
