Day 23: Make Your Bed

Take a couple minutes today to simply make your bed before you move on with the rest of your day. (If making your bed is already part of your routine, make a point of doing it mindfully and staying focussed.) By doing so, you've "completed a positive task," Mancao said. This helps to boost your mood and sparks your motivation to complete other tasks. It's also a "sign of honouring the place where you rest," she added, a place you look forward to coming back to at the end of the day.
