8-Minute HIIT Workout Finisher

Canfitpro-certified personal trainer Heather Robertson leads this quick workout finisher, which consists of two rounds of four exercises each. There are some strength moves mixed in (like a push-up to mountain climber combo and the perfectly-named crab dance), but I boosted the cardio aspect of the workout by increasing my pace, especially on the side leap hops and 180 jump squats.
