NASM-certified trainer Sydney Cummings is super-popular on YouTube for a reason. Her workouts are straightforward but effective, and this 10-minute cardio workout finisher is no different. It's full of side-to-side skipping, running in place, kicks, and quick feet (with some core moves mixed in), and there's no rest. I was truly exhausted after this one.
