10-Minute Cardio Jump Workout

Speaking of jumping, this workout finisher from former Class FitSugar host Anna Renderer is all about catching air. Between the jump rope high-knees (no actual jump rope required!), lateral hops, and burpees, I jumped so much that my calves were sore the next day. If you prefer to back it off on the plyometrics, make sure to follow the person who's modifying in the back.
