After the USA women's basketball team beat Nigeria on Tuesday in their first game at the Tokyo Olympics with a score of 81-72, it secured their winning streak making it 50 straight Olympic wins. Congratulations Team USA!
As if that wasn't enough to celebrate, the USA women's basketball team has won six straight gold medals since the 1992 Olympics (eight in total), and are going for number seven in a row at Tokyo. If they win, they'll tie with the USA men's basketball team who have a record of seven straight gold medals from 1936 to 1968. So many reasons to cheer for Team USA!
