Watch All of Joe Wicks PE Lessons 2021

PE With Joe Might Be Over, But You Can Catch All the Workouts Here

The nation's favourite advocate for exercise, Joe Wicks, was back with "PE With Joe" in 2021 to keep everyone active during the third lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. With schools shut for most children, many parents found themselves yet again having to homeschool their children and facing the challenge of making sure they're exercising. Luckily, Joe was on hand to "keep [kids'] activities there, [to help] their energy, their mood, their mental health," he said in an Instagram post announcing the news.

Joe hosted free PE lessons to help keep kids active and burn off some of that energy and give parents 20 minutes of peace in the morning. The sessions will take place three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — all streamed live on Joe's YouTube account, The Body Coach TV.

Joe first began "PE With Joe" back in March at the very start of the pandemic and first national lockdown, when he hosted workouts every weekday morning for 13 weeks, bringing in 80 million views and raising £580,000 for NHS Charities Together. He also raised over £2 million for BBC Children In Need by completing a 24-hour PE class, live on TV.

Although PE With Joe during lockdown 3.0 is now over, you can catch up on all of the sessions below.
