- 1 pound chicken thighs chopped, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 can buttermilk biscuit dough*
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
*Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and roll into balls.
