All you need to copy this affordable hack is a cone-shaped party hat, ribbon, scissors, and a hot glue gun. Simply cut a piece of ribbon and twist it to form a pointy shape. Glue it onto the party hat and repeat until it's completely covered! What's great about this craft is there's so many different ways to customise it and make each one unique.
