Hoda Kotb is a mom times two, and 2-year-old Haley Joy — who she adopted in 2017 — just became a big sister! The news that the Today show co-anchor adopted a second baby girl was shared via a phone call on the show on Tuesday morning. In the beginning of one of the show's segments, Savannah Guthrie interrupts her fellow anchors to say she has some news that everyone will want to hear, and that it's from someone on the phone. Hoda's voice comes through, and after a quick hello, says: "It's a girl! And her name is Hope." Cue the tears. Hoda teased her baby girl's arrival on Monday, which fans are only putting together now that the news is public. The television personality shared an image of clouds with the words "Choose Hope" written over them to Instagram, with the caption, "Happy Monday." Congratulations to Hoda and her family! See the video announcement above and Hope's first photo with her mom and sister — who are both positively beaming — below.
