David and Victoria welcomed their second son, Romeo James, into the world on 1 Sept., 2002. Romeo is lucky enough to be Elizabeth Hurley and Elton John's godson. He's followed in his dad's footsteps by becoming a professional football player, and signed a one-year contract with Brentford B in June. He is also in a relationship with model Mia Regan who he has been dating since 2019.
