Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is located inside Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and takes travellers on a mission with the Resistance, but which goes awry when you're taken captive by Kylo Ren and The First Order.
To experience this attraction, you're going to need to get to Disneyland as close to park opening as possible in order to get a boarding pass. There is not a traditional stand-by line for Rise of the Resistance, and once boarding passes are distributed for the day, no more are added.
Even with the little bit of extra work of the boarding pass system, the attraction is well worth the wait! Walt Disney Imagineering Portfolio Creative Executive, Scott Trowbridge told POPSUGAR, "Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is the most innovative and immersive attraction we've ever undertaken at Walt Disney Imagineering. It's unlike anything we've ever done before. We believe it's going to put our guests right in the middle of a climatic Star Wars story." And the ride definitely delivers on that promise.
