Well and Good recently sat down with the fitness fanatic to discuss the steps and products behind her speedy transition, and the secret to maintaining her "notably dewy" skin.
First things first, Kayla reportedly wipes her face with Cetaphil cleansing cloths to clean up after sweating it out. "I just get a bronzer," she said of her next step. "Have you heard of Nude by Nature mineral bronzer? I put it everywhere." Then, she adds a thin layer of eyeliner and a bit of mascara and the beat is ready.
For her hair, she'll grab whichever drugstore dry shampoo is handy (although she loves the "fresh scent" of Kevin Murphy FRESH.HAIR Dry Cleaning Spray), and then pulls her brown locks back into a tight bun using a bun maker. Voila! Kayla is ready to carpe that damn diem!
