Rowan Blanchard's beauty looks range from pretty (remember those blue lashes?) to straight-up iconic (like her dramatic pixie cut). The latest in the string of makeup magic worn by Blanchard is a floating eyeliner look, which hovers slightly below her eyebrow and above iridescent, periwinkle shadow.
