"Birkin" bangs have a new fan. On Oct. 13, Kelly Clarkson walked onto the set of her eponymous talk show sporting a new haircut that will have you reaching for the shears immediately.

Much like bobs, bangs have been experiencing a major resurgence over the last few years. For a while, face-framing curtain bangs popped up daily on your "For You" page, but Clarkson's new fringe signals a change in the tides as we return back to arguably one of the most popular versions of them all.
