Harrier, who has previously played around with other short hairstyles like a sleek lob, decided to go even shorter with a bob haircut that just barely grazes her shoulders. And for anyone who thinks that short hair is boring, think again. She added volume by creating loose waves that give a soft, almost ethereal look and frame her face perfectly.
