Start by filling in your brows just slightly more than you normally would with a brown shadow or your usual brow weapon of choice. Then, blend a light blue shadow (Regan used Clearwater Paint Pot) all around the lid and underneath the eye).
To draw the "cracks" in the face, use your liquid liner — try MAC Cosmetics Boot Black (£17.50) — to lightly trace lines concentrating on the forehead and cheeks. Regan suggests putting the weight of your wrist against your cheek for stability, and leaving the creative drawing to your fingers. Allow yourself some areas in the "cracks" to be darker, which will essentially just mean that the doll broke a little more there. And, if you feel you've messed up or smudged, just dab a Q-tip in makeup remover to fix it before moving on.
You can also use the liquid liner to draw exaggerated lashes underneath the lash line and flick them out on the top lid, as well, to really enhance the doll effect. Finish it all with a bright pink blush on the apples of the cheeks and a pink lip pencil, like MAC's Talking Points (£15). To create a glossy appearance to the lips, top it all off with a clear lip gloss.
