In a complete turnaround, Stenberg started rocking long, thick braids woven through with shades of aqua, teal, and dark blue. In 2018, they penned an essay for InStyle admitting the struggles they've had with their hair over the years and their eventual learning to love the process of changing it up.
"Sometimes it'll be a more masculine look with little-boy curls, or I'll part it in the middle and slick it down to look more feminine. The best part: It's totally up to me."
