Victoria Beckham's favourite skin-care range is on a roll this year. The brand has launched new products right and left — a serum and primer (in collaboration with VB no less), a hand cream, and a cleansing oil — all featuring Bader's proprietary TFC8 ingredient (i.e. the Trigger Factor Complex), which the brand claims is made up of over 40 different ingredients including vitamins, peptides, and amino acids and allegedly activates stem cells in your skin, encouraging them to go into healing mode.
This month, the brand introduces three new items into the range, including the Augustinus Bader The Face Oil (£180), which hits virtual shelves on 19 August. Lightweight and fast-absorbing, like all items in the range, the oil contains the TFC8 complex, as well as a very specific assortment of oils. Babassu oil strengthens the skin's lipid barrier; cold-pressed argan oil is rich in essential fatty acids and linoleic acid that, together, help prevent your skin from losing moisture; hazelnut oil is also rich in omega fatty acids, while karanja oil is both soothing to the skin and full of flavanoids, which are rich in antioxidant activity that protect the skin.
