We know what you're thinking, and no, the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum (£46) isn't a new product. It's been the brand's bestseller for 15 years. But in 2021, Caudalie decided it was time to give the fan favourite a face lift, updating the formula with newer and more natural ingredients, which resulted in it becoming even more effective at fading dark spots and brightening the skin in general.
In addition to making the Vinoperfect Radiance Serum PEG-free, Caudalie's scientists also created a new biomimetic emulsifier — biomimetic meaning that it mimics the structure of the skin — which in turn allowed the active ingredients in the serum to penetrate deeper into the skin, thereby becoming more targeted and effective.
The Radiance Serum wasn't the only product in Caudalie's Vinoperfect range to get an update, either. The entire existing collection, including the Night Cream, Instant Brightening Cream, Glycolic Peel Bask, and Brightening Essence, all got a formulation makeover.
