David Beckham Releases a Chilling Video to Raise Awareness of Malaria

David Beckham is the new face of the Malaria Must Die campaign, and in a new video that will give you all-over chills, he makes a powerful statement about the devastating disease. The father of four can be seen standing in a tall glass box, being attacked by thousands of mosquitoes. "We can be the generation that ends it for good. Malaria must die so millions can live," says David.

Of course, it isn't the first time that the British star has asked his fans to help him raise awareness for causes that are close to his heart. Back in December 2016, the former football player shared another chilling video in collaboration with the children's charity UNICEF, with the aim to help end all child abuse and violence by shining a light on the subject and encouraging everyone to speak out against it.

It's clear that giving back is a Beckham tradition. On top of David's work with different charities, Victoria and Brooklyn have been working together to raise awareness of mother-to-child transmission of HIV and promote the global effort to end AIDS, while Cruz released a Christmas song in 2016 to raise funds for Global's Make Some Noise charity, which helps disadvantaged youngsters across the UK.
